06-06-2005, 9:37 PM BatsOut Joined on 06-07-2005 Allentown Posts 2 comments; question I stopped by Friday to check the place out.  Its cool that there isn't a cover anymore.  The drinks were kinda expenisve.  I was charged 5 bucks for a Guinness but it's nice to see a layed back place where people can hang out.  I would probably come more often if it was easier to talk, (the music was sorta loud for conversation).  The DJ did an awesome job though and played good music.  I dig that it's an "alternative" style place that isn't a dive.  Are there covers on (whichever day it is) that they spin synth pop?  If so, how much?    Report

As a matter of fact the same cheap drinks you get at "the other clubs". $3 well drinks, 2 kinds of pint draft beer for $3, and about a dozen bottled beers (labatt's, molson, etc.) for $3 a bottle. and you don't have to order 3 different kinds before the bartender doesnt tell you "no, sorry we are out of that". The reason the other clubs dont have guinness on tap is because it is always 5-6 bucks. Fridays are no cover no for all of you who like to dance without paying a cover. Some of the other nights have covers. Usually 2 dollars for the dj's if there are no bands, and $5 if its a band night.
